Come and meet former mill worker Florence White, a forgotten Bradford trailblazer, fought tirelessly for justice for ‘spinsters’ forced to work until 70. Born into poverty and leaving school at 12, she used education and politics to win retirement at 60 for women nationwide. Meet the remarkable woman who challenged the establishment - and won


Florence White will be making three 15-minute interactive appearances across the city on Saturday 18th July
